Rosa Mind

OUR PRODUCT

Gene S has developed an innovative PGx platform technology called Rosa, named in honour of Rosalind Franklin, a British scientist who made crucial contributions to understanding the physical structure of DNA, known as the double helix. Rosa has been developed for medications firstly to treat mental health conditions in both adults and children (RosaMind).

The Rosa PGx platform will then be applied to medications used in the management of pain, cardiac conditions, and anaesthesia with future application for anti-bugs, cancer and animal health.

The Test

Doctor requests pharmacogenomic testing at their local laboratory using the Gene S assay. This requires a single simple patient blood, buccal or saliva sample.

The Report

The doctor then receives a report with the patient's genetic profile. The report specifies the medication and the doses that are suitable for the patient. The right medication at the right dose every time.

We are starting with mental health

4.5 million Australians (17.2%) are prescribed a mental-health-related medication. This is 1.1billion people at a global level.
